  1. if you buy the boxed version, then you get 7gb of samples, compared to 1gb for the d/l version. just a thought
  2. wow, that is a really good deal. eggs is right... 2 x st150's for $600 is a bargain
  3. good link... I agree with it 100%
  4. if it's just for djing, get intro. isn't it like $200? EDIT: $159 @ store dj
  5. Have you got the time to write up a review on it?
  6. not sure if this is the right section.... anyway
  7. very happy with my uberstand.
  8. you get a free upgrade to pro with the controller?
  9. hahaha up and comers thread is now about being old.... nice derail LOL
  10. the video basically shows the denon unit mapped to use the sample decks, which I would assume means that everything else should be able to be mapped. LOL the upgrade is $139 or the full thing is $115!! HAHAHA
  11. 1. I haven't used S4 software, but the features are much more limited on LE than in pro. check this: http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/ ... /?page=662 2.yes, it will work 3. I wouldn't buy scratch pro, but I would think about getting pro if you're not going to use S4. also, theres a new version out soon I've got a pro license spare that i'm willing to sell. I bought TSP and got a new license. Shoot me a PM if you want to know more
  12. i'm so outraged by your response, i have attached a picture of myself with my expression to your remark i'm assuming about me being young... 22 isn't old man... I still hit up the city very regularly at the age of 28, with no intention of stopping any time soon. the difference is, you go to different clubs.
  13. 22?!?!?!?! LOL
  14. very keen to hear your thoughts on this unit.
  15. I like the lineup $99 is decent too
  16. pretty cool for an online app http://www.audiotool.com/app/chrome not sure if that link works for everyone else, I installed it from the chrome web store (it's free)
  17. new industry standard huh?
  18. cheers mate, legend. mind if i link to this on my blog?
  19. lies
  20. LOL gold
  21. I spent a bit, could have easily spent a shite load more!! Personally, for me, I am only newish to the whole DJ scene so my mixing skills are still in need of improvement, so I try to do a bit of a mix of both...Sometimes gets a bit hard to mix songs like YMCA into Black Eyed Peas...Also depends on your gig if people are interested in hearing that kinda music, then they probably aren't to interested in hearing your mixing skills. I'd be fading out one song and just hit play on the next. theres also stuff out there like 'the grease megamix' (amongst others) that go for a while, and people enjoy it. just a thought.
  22. I'm not a fan of the original, but this kicks ass. Do you have a 320kb version?
  23. found this earlier:
