Next year when I get a job nothing in the world should be outside a budget. I just want good gear and to start regular shows on ADJF Radio m8s

Need to be able to feed phone lines into it. I'm talking about a proper console or rack equipment or something

I want to setup a functional radio setup from my new place.

Something that can have multiple speakers on mics as well as the ability to have people on the phone and via the net to talk on-air. Also needs to have DJ equipment hooked up to play music. I know uni has a bunch of this gear but I doubt their setup is optimal. Suggestions?
