  1. Audacity is by far the best program to use. And easiest. Check that your NI soundcard is selected as the main input or if your computer/laptop has a built in input then give that a shot
  2. Depends what genre but I reckon you always gotta have the cheese. Like it or not it's bailed me out after playing a few wrong tunes before
  3. Easy guys. One of the reasons doing this vid was so you can see the little bits I do. I'll try make my next video a lil clearer to what I'm actually doing
  4. he needs to do a solo show if he comes back. so many people will appreciate him more
  5. yeah go for it man!

  9. haha just a random outburst. i sware those guys were all at the same festival last year
  10. it's like the same line up as last year
  11. yeah i get it lol im just saying its fucking stupid
  12. old school!! thats what i like to see very nice man
  13. indervidual. i bought my roadcases from bunnings. cost me 20 bucks each and they work a treat
  14. the 22 should have a mix input. all mxers do / should :s
  15. iTunes is more like an online Sanity or Traxx. they cater to everyone where beatport is a dj only sorta site. dj's use wavs and the average person doesnt so for iTunes n Bigpond it isnt worth it i guess
  16. yeah iTunes is fine man. half my library are iTunes files coz iTunes use to convert all my shit without me knowing. it still sounds the same. clean and sharp in a club which is what you want
  17. i got a little lost reading that so im just going to take a stab here and try help ya out. beatport should be selling wavs of all its files. if not then thats a bit slack. you can check other sites out like trackit down etc or like you said, hit up iTunes. theres nothing wrong with their conversion format but some people got it in their head that because it doesnt say 320kbps mp3 then it must be bad. i use iTunes files and 320mp3's and there isnt a lot of difference. if you're after something that has been released on iTunes and not on beatport its usually some legal region thing but theres a massive confusion to it. some tunes are released on different labels for different regions because it may not be allowed to sell in one particular place (i dont know how it works but its bullshit) so if you cant find what you're looking for on beatport then shoot over to iTunes and it will probably be there. its real strange but thats how it is lol
  18. allen and heath mixers are boss. and what crundyy said, just fill it up til it fits in
  19. gandy - i got no idea haha crundyy - thats actually what i thought but it was comment on soundcloud a few times so i figured it couldnt be lol

  21. Xone series are a much better mixer then the djm. I'd say go 4 channel any day but the 22 will be the better option
