nah it have any effects built into it, the effects and samples and clips are all in ableton that this guy would have created, he's just triggering them by pressing the pads....the mixer section is like this

yeh pretty much what mitch said, it just triggers clips that you have made in ableton, but yeh it has a button that you press that brings up a mixer mode when you can raise or decrease levels by dragging your fingers up or down the buttons

oh and can anyone tell me the remixer of the 1st song? i cant read that shit

All in 1 for sure....individual defeats the purpose of a roadcase, ease of transport, shit already wired up in the case...the only thing individual roadcases maintain is protection

Asio is your soundcard driver, you should be able to chnage it in the sound or output options in the programs settings, I recomend downloading the Asio wazza told me to get "Asio4All" I think it was called, it seems pretty good

how about this, get a DJM400 mixer, it will be much cheaper then the xone42 and djm700...and the DJM600 is around the same price but its not that good of a mixer and your ipod idea will still work with the DJM400, just buy a $5 Aux to 1/4" lead and plug the ipod into the microphone input...that way when someone requests a song u just press play and turn the microphone channel up... what u recon
