  1. Nice one Swiss! That Rene guy is a fucking wanker imo. Had a trial at Euro and he was such a douche.
  2. No worries mate. Sick little store that one!
  3. Theres a dude in buy and sell getting rid of a Mixtrack Pro. Hit him up!
  4. Mattus, did you check out the one on the DMC Records Facebook?
  5. Nice one mate. If you wanna do some networking in Melbourne, 4 of us are all playing at an event next month at Docklands, so feel free to check it out http://www.facebook.com/ausdjforums#!/e ... 328609256/
  6. Try the bars in Moonee Ponds. Deluxe and Eden are the main ones.
  7. At this stage, ysm is our only Taswegian...
  8. I guess for electro, some of your city venues like Wah Wah, Korova, Lab 22, Treehouse, Billboard, etc would be suited to that. I get the impression you need to know someone to get "in" with those crowds though. What area of Melbourne are you living in? I might be able to point you in the direction of some more local venues.
  9. I already posted that dudes number Vlad!
  10. I should take my own advice here haha. Killing Time is dope as fuck if you like things deeper.
  11. Considering I've never cracked 100, I'm stoked!
  12. Bump. 600 plays and counting.
  13. To get you started, Killing Time on Chapel Street do open decks every Thursday night. They play deep house, so nothing over 120bpm usually. ttp://www.killingtimebar.blogspot.com And I saw someting advertised that "I Know A Place" in Fitzroy has open decks this coming Sunday. Never been before, but from what I understand they have 7 x 1 hour spots available. Contact the dude on 0415 030 974. Sorry that's all the info I have, it's from another forum that we don't like to speak of. Good luck!
  14. The Melbourne scene is very clicky and can be hard to break in to. Some venues wont book you unless you can guarantee 30 people every week, and others wont book you unless you're an established name of the scene. Basically, you may have to sell your soul to get a gig. That being said, I'll check out your mixes at some stage today and point you in the direction of some venues that would be suited to your style. What genres do you primarily play?
  15. Where's your third CDJ going to go? In other news, monitor stands arrived.
  16. Needs moar gusta
  17. Me and Mitch liveee
  18. Big. Fucking. Ups. Times like this I wish we still had the rep system!
  19. Thanks so much dude! After anything and everything
