  17. DEFIANTLY agree, and that is one of the amazing thing about vinyl. Sure you can have 200 banga's in your itunes with your cover art, but is it really as satisfying as looking at a room filled with beautiful wax and digging though all that beautiful covers. + imagine in 20 years time, you might have lost most of your old mp3's into the great abyss that is the recycle bin. But with wax, you have a permanent physical copy that will last a life time
  18. Yeh, I can imagine some Idiot rolling around on the floor with it. Good concept though, they should put the customization color buttons on the regular midi fighters
  19. Introducing the midi fighter 3d The latest product from DJ Tech Tools Although it is a gimmick, it would be great to have one, I love the idea of how by tipping the edge farthest away from you towards, you, it grabs the song and apply's a beat-masher, then tilt it either left or right to add 2 diff kinds off effects. See the end of this video for an example!
  20. What do you do to keep your trailer secure?
  21. Not a good comparison. Dubfire is a HUGE producer and internationally renound artist. As I said to Sol earlier, it's not right comparing someone like that to the average Joe Blow. Unless you're playing a headline set, the other DJ's will be frustrated with all the fucking around that goes into setting up a laptop and controller. A good tradesman never blames his tools, so a good DJ shouldn't get there and say "I can't mix on these, I need my controller". Problem? I do agree with this, When I was at hobberz house and was talking to gandy, one of the major things he said was that sometimes if it's just at a local bar/club they will tell you to get up and have a mix. This means your probably going to be using whatever gear they have at the time, with music you probably don't know. You need to be ready to deal with anything they throw at you!
  22. *facepalm* have you ever listened to a song played on vinyl on a good soundsystem? Yes, and in my opinion I find a wav file abit punchier and crisp. With most of the electronic stuff anyway.
