yeah but it's not gonna be very enjoyable going through a mountain of shite. There are other places like junodownload, stompy, clone who will be much more suitable (already are IMO).

SFX have basically jumped on the 'EDM' bandwagon in America. Your not going to do that by maintaining a mainly underground focused music site. It's going to end up flooded with even more pish than whats already on it to appeal to the scenesters who have jumped on board.

Sounds like another nail in beatports coffin for me. perhaps the beginning of the end for others (going by comments i've seen)

anyone tired the new iPad Traktor app? it's bloody great fun and a good way try tracks out. Especially when your on a long journey or whatever. it also has key detection and offers suggested tracks to mix in. Dunno if i agree with the offering tracks thing. shouldn't need that.

It controls the software (traktor, serato etc.) you are using. ie: play, cue, loop, etc etc...

What would the punters attending this club expect to hear?

correction... ableton 9 has the same in the boxed and download versions. 8 you get more sounds. think i'll still have to wait though as I can't spend that kind of cash at the moment.

you get an extra 37Gb of sounds with the boxed version.
