If your just using headphones then no need for an interface. I don't use my external soundcard when I'm away. However, I do use an mbox soundcard when I'm at home and using my monitors. Anything work I do using my headphones only will always be checked again with the monitors.

I've got a MicroKorg. Can get nice sounds out of it but I find it very slow to programme. Although there is a software editor you can get to aid that.

I actually had a label wanting to release 'Everybody'. they asked me to do a few more tracks for the release so came up with those 2 to put forward.. Never heard back.

haha. first gig I ever played was an illegal rave and I'd been on the disco biscuits, booze & devils dandruff most of the day (i was on at 2am). Arrived at the rave and someone informed us that a guy was selling sugar cubes... bought two of those and a few more pellets before I went on. Good thing the crowd was more fucked than me. Or at least i think they were....

Yeah the Glasgow scene is pretty close knit. everyone knows everyone so that was no biggie.

Worst one I played at wasn't even too bad i suppose. It was a NYE after party. The promoter was late showing up from the party so nothing was set up. i ended up having to do the set up (which is no real hassle). So I'm playing for about 10-15mins before the first bus load arrives including the promoter... He was proper fucked on the regretamine and could hardly talk. I was playing the first 2 hours and he was playing after me. he was still totally fucked and couldn't set his shit up so he used mine. Stuck some tunes on a USB and used them in my laptop. didn't transfer enough to last his set and when he ran out he just pulled the usb out to get more.... Well you all know that means no more music playing when he does that. He didn't even realise why the music had went off and pretty much killed the party there and then as he couldn't remedy it. Nothing as wild as some other stories in here but generally I've had a good time whenever I've been playing.
