I will be very interested to see how well the sync works though, because if you need to go in and edit beatgrids etc forget it. My main issues is that alot of djs, won't utilise the potential with the new technology. They will play the same boring sets without hardly doing anything, time well tell, and of course in Australia have the clubs still have 1000s so i doubt we need to worry too much yet.

Just as easy to use two usbs as opposed to playing off the laptop man. When i did a few gigs using pro dj link and rekordbox, i found it was more natural and easy to just use the players to look through the music anyway. The 850's arent bad, not amazing decks but will do the job of the reloops.

haha! Dont forget you can buy a cheap switch/router connect your 900s to it with ethernet and then use rekrodbox where your decks pop up and you drag music onto them.

Best option would just be to use usb on the 900s? Do you have any real need for traktor? Especially if you play in clubs at all you can just use yours usbs like you usually would.

Yes but without the extra equipment, for clubs djs especially having sync and other features available all in the one unit is a big plus. Very interested to see just how well the sync works, no other program's sync is fool proof as of yet.

How much would you be after for the mixer, it does look bloody cool. Am leaning toward a djm 800 but keeping my options open.

Okay, edited post with wholesome details. Expect the official release later today. That's the leaked pictur,e which matches a similar one i was shown this morning from a legit source. So i am assuming one of the silver buttons will basically be a sync button. But obviously you will need to be using the wifi connection with rekordbox to actually use the sync feature, something i can't see many dj's, especially club dj's doing as alot don't want a laptop to lug around. It seems a weird way to do it, ideally for sync djs having a wireless connection or even through a lan cable like they do now would be enough for sync without the need for the laptop?
