  1. Haha you using time travel lurker
  2. Damn defkons out haha
  3. How recent was the upgrade for the 900s? I cant remember what version mine are.
  4. If youre a club dj go the pioneer.
  5. For smaller applications like birthdays etc i would go the controller man, the programs have millions of options but obviously less reliable than hardware.
  6. Just means a narrower area it covers but led pars are sick anyway dude, angle some down, some up etc would still look good
  7. If it's purely doe performance/music stuff go mac, if you want to use it for normal tasks then would go windows man. Can vouch for the new HP's being very solid man, that said i think these days they are all fairly good because competition is so high. Go out and play with some to get an idea, dont forget storage size should be important for a music laptop as well.
  8. Yep ive found doing mixtapes even songs of the same bpm you still have to nudge every now and then.
  9. Would go the long nose then man, you cant go check them out?
  10. You would think so man but most tracks are 128.05 128.10 etc, by no means heaps off but enough for the tracks to drift
  11. So unbelievably keen for oaky as well
  12. Yeah if you know your tracks bpms you can use maths to get it very close but you will always have to be able to adjust by ear.
  13. You can focus the long noses better, but you cant hide them like the short, what are you mainly going to do with them?
  14. You don't even need that, just obtain a vagina and you're sweet. Will do the facebook thing now.
  15. Nope they arent that accurate, you can get them close that way but they can still drift a fair bit, the better way to do it is pitch percentage ie 0.8 pitch change is 1 bpm for anything around 128 bpm, this is how i did it before i got better at doing it by ear, this way you need to know the tracks bpms beforehand. I still make playlists with the bpm so i can mix quicker in clubs.
  16. YES, i used to bang this out in house party sets to my mates who knew it haha
  17. hahahahaha
  18. You going to change all your accounts over or just the more public soundcloud etc?
  19. Epic dude well done
  20. Sure am dude
  21. My mate bought me a ticket haha, will still be a good day on the googs
  22. Hey lads new big room/electro bootleg i put together of Florence & The Machine's spectrum, i loved the original but was after something a bit more banging for later sets. http://soundcloud.com/goodboiis/calvin-harris-vs-julian-jordan
  23. Haha love those stupid spams
  24. Just to clarify im talking about bpm sync, not syncing tracks from rekordbox. There is no point, that's not what cdjs and the people that use them are about. People use a controller if they want to use sync, others who want to take it to a professional level dont want sync and beginners generally cant afford high end gear so makes no sense. Very excited by the sounds of the drumpad type thing that could be epic and also the seeing thing should be good.
