oh wow i use to see that thang docked all the time when i hit georges at king street wharf. for those that dont know georges is a restaurant but has a mezze, cocktail and cigar lounge area. hit it all the time, top food (went thru a bad run of about 4 months then went back to goodness) esp. the hot chocolate pudding (swap the listerine mint ice cream for vanilla though); and nice cocktails. vanilla/lychee caprioska is my poison!!! use to be able to get 20% off if you use yer amex but i think thats gone now. back to topic, yeah man that ship looks nice.

yeah but apple never did, thats just people. because they were comparing it to tablets which have been around for years. it is what it is for its use. at night sometimes i youtube or adjf or wherever from my phone before i crash. if i was loaded it would be a much better experience to be youtubing with an ipad in bed. but at its price point and what id use it for, then no way would i get one.

but if you arent scratching the track then does it really make any audible difference to latency? if your having big latency issues (clicking and freezing) im sure the different formats wouldnt make a diff.

did they ever have it? i have yet to own a device which was perfect and didnt need some sort of software upgrade to fix it or get it to the norms of every other product. ive learnt to live with it. i love my ipod (which i have now gone back to because ran out of space on my iphone and cant be assed deleting and adding). and djaz you obviously have never played angry birds on an ipad

yeah neither do i. tsp records as wave, and you can set it based on how much yer pc can handle. i dont really want a rewire, so if its based on sound card then im sure audacity and tsp using the audio 8 will be the same so imma go tsp. and then use audacity to chop it up (for the LPs anyways) into individual tracks.

i dont know too much either, but yeah everyone says the traktor bible rocks. also traktor doesnt have a sample bank. youll have to go traktor 2. but you could use spare decks and hot cue to sample, or even record live loops and then play them back (the tutorial is on djtt) in traktor

hey man yeah sorry i didnt post anything i only kinda just got up. went to buy food to cook and so on glad you got it going nice. yeah i read somewhere if you set to phono it reads the timecode better. and when you do pass thru with real vinyl it sounds better. and so you know you can still play normal vinyl without the laptop just flick yer mixer to phono and make sure yer tables are grounded (grounding not necessary w laptop plugged in and powered but it is without). listening to atcq now. man this shyte doesnt age "can i kick it... yes you can" anyways enjoi and let us know if you have any other issues (not to jinx but like the dreaded ground loop hum! which i had and what brought me to adjf in the first place)

im not much for battle raps. i love people who freestyle and get all bragadocious cuz thats a big part of rap (and its toasting roots bigging up the sound system and the dj). but a lot of batyle raps ive seen get too stupid and derogatory. best battle rap ive ever seen is LA rapper dumbfounded against some bald gangsta chinese rapper. killed him w wit. did go a bitt too much of the your gay insults but still had mo ents of absolute wit. but yeah i prefer the freestyle cyphers to battles anyday.
