Auto loops are the 8,6,4,2 buttons on the 900 where the hot cues are on the 2000 I'm pretty sure then is a way to set hot cues in recordbox and make them show up as cue memory saves on the 900, but that's as close as you will get

make sure the tracks arent just WAV, WAV loads waveform noticeably slower then mp3 on CDJ's

USB's also have different speeds, ive got black lexars i used to use, and these new red sandisks im using now...the lexars are slow as fuck, slow at loading songs on the CDJ, slow and draggin songs onto the USB from RB so maybe try some new 1's, and also dont get them to close to capacity, if you have a 8gig loaded with 7.6 gig of music it may affect it
