Myself and Mitch paid a handful of gigs for the exposure when we started and now we are getting regular paid gigs. I think it's fair enough not to pay straight up, give people a go to build up their DJ resume and they can reap the rewards. A janitor doesn't become a CEO in a day, so why should a DJ?

If you're wanting mobile gigs, Sol Dios is the man to speak to. If it's club gigs, get in with a bunch of promoters, play the shit sets to build their respect and it will blossom from there. Look at open decks nights, competitions, etc and that will also help.

Busy few weeks ahead for us. Still confirming final deets, but another gig on the 16th of May could very well be our biggest yet. Thanks for all the support so far lads <3

I use alot of beatport charts, or I find a set I like from soundcloud and get a listing from that.

I just had a quick skip through and listened to the transitions. Songs flowed well together, obviously your beat matching was out in parts but that will come with time. I would focus on your phrasing from this - that will make beat matching easier for you moving forward. Keep practicing with the same tracks and see if you can tighten it up mate, and you'll be laughing!
