It's not clear what your trying to ask, are you asking for an alternative to the x1 ?

Hahahaha, so true. Most forums are full of wankers who hate newbies. Anyway, yer for the price of the mixtrack pro you won't be dissappointed, has traktor bundled which is alot better software then Virtual DJ (which most entry level controllers come with).

Gday mate. You won't get smart arse replies around here, its a good community, unlike alot of the other DJ forums. As for that setup I don't know alot about the mixdeck, but from looking at it, it is an all-in-one system - one that has mixer and platters built in, and you just plug an iPod into it and away you go. I would steer clear of these, as they are generally a lower quality unit. If your looking for a cheap start in DJing and can't afford cd players and a mixer, consider a midi controller. These are similar to what you posted above, however you plug the unit into a computer with a usb cable, and it controls DJ software running on the computer. This is the cheap and easy way to get into Djing. As for myself, I learnt on a Numark Mixtrack Pro - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Numark-Mixtr ... 35b3ffb28b This was a good little unit to learn on and get the basics down before i progressed onto some more advanced equipment. There are many other midi controller units, this is just one that I have used Hope this helps

What's Windows Phone 7 Nah in all seriousness i don't think they will, as nobody uses windows phone, for how many people would buy it, its not worth it. You may possibly see an android version, but even if you do it won't be a while, as with the two different platforms it isn't easy to port from ios to android, requires a total recode from scratch.

That's wicked man

Im on cdjs, but I normally just count 1 2 3 4 in my head, then tap my finger on the last 4 beats of the phrase next to the play button, then hit the play button on the 1, listen in the headphones and make a nudge if needed before bringing the fader up too much.

I uploaded my comp mix last night with no problems at all, so whatever is happening to you seems strange. If your desperate to get the mix up possibly try making a new account or something? See if that's the issue

Chrismak can you enable downloads on yours? Then I'll dl and put on iPod -
Air compressors Ive heard are bad as it's something to do with fine water particles in the air that it produces. id steer clear of using one

I had a look, only remixes for that song but not the original. I've had that a few times.

cheers bro yer did one recording and louder was fucked up, so got another remix of it re recorded pretty much straight away -
Try type In 'tim berg' or just 'bromance' instead of seek bromance or something and see what comes up. Djcity is good for mainstream stuff. It won't have absolutely everything, as it seems could be the case here, but it has alot of stuff. However when I'm looking for non mainstream I do often need to buy off beatport or something when it isn't on there. But I can honestly say pretty much every mainstream song and it's remixes I got off soundcloud or djcity

To buy a domain there is heaps of sites, such as www.godaddy.com . Just google purchasing of domain name and there is an infinite number of sites to purchase from. If someone owns the domain, you can get their details using a whois service, such as http://www.domaintools.com/ OR http://www.whois.net/ Once you have the domain you need to get it hosted, which isn't hard once you have the name. Can't remember the names of ones i've used, but i'm sure others will know some good ones. Godaddy does hosting too, but your probably better off going with one in Australia? Will be faster for us i'm presuming. Quick search of domain hosting will also bring up an infinite number of sites to host on. Go with a paid one over a free one, pretty self explanatory why - ads, reliability etc. Hope this helps

Only things i can think of are running out of free minutes, copyright blocking or corrupted file. Try re convert the wav to mp3 coz it possibly could have corrupted during the conversion

Don't use the mic in on the computer, not down with exact numbers but it amplifies the sound, however the record out from the mixer is already amplified, which will lead to distortion. You need to use a 'line in' input on the computer. If your computer only has mic in, you can probably pick up a cheap external sound card that will do the trick

It's a bit of both. Every program uses cpu and ram, But all I remember right now is when I was using my midi controller traktor used 5% CPU on average. And I run a 2.4 core 2 duo mac.
