Just wondering, and what I have noticed. So many of the local dj's im friends with on fb are constantly making events to sell tickets. I'm assuming this is to get into the good books with them. Do you have to do it though? I really hate putting any kind of force or pressure on people, and would hate to do it. But do you have to do it to get ahead in the industry? I mean surely just BEING a good dj and being excited about you're work should be enough?

If I remember correctly it's mostly slip mode, the screen and quantised loops. The scratchworks review says the 900 is much better if you have the extra $$$ to spend though.

Do what I did, at the back of the fuse box there's too lose cables dangling, get the $30 kit from autobarn for the aux adapter, plug in the cables, then hold the am button down and it will switch to aux. Works like a charm!

Question, what does the NI machine actually do? I've just seen it used as a drum pad but that's it.

I might give FL studio a go, seems pretty user friendly and by the looks of it, it can make some really sweet stuff (Porter and Aviici use it). Also all I need is a keyboard and mouse for most of it too haha.

I generally like alot of rock ect, so they work out pretty good for me. $170 a ticket though. So you gota weigh up and see if your getting your monies worth.
