That's the leaked pictur,e which matches a similar one i was shown this morning from a legit source.

Here is also some features taken from another site:

This Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS/Pioneer CDJ-2000 MK2 has got some new features such as:

- BEATSYNC Feature (as seen on Pioneer XDJ-Aero)

- Loop Chopping/Slicing via ‘LOOP MODE’

- Zoomable waveforms

- SLIP Mode

- An even better Rekordbox integration

- Advanced hot-cue’s

- Renewed, better quantize function (in combination with the beatsync)

- Rekordbox mobile app integration (as seen on Pioneer XDJ-Aero)

- Multicolored waveform display

It all adds up tbh.

So i am assuming one of the silver buttons will basically be a sync button.

But obviously you will need to be using the wifi connection with rekordbox to actually use the sync feature, something i can't see many dj's, especially club dj's doing as alot don't want a laptop to lug around.

It seems a weird way to do it, ideally for sync djs having a wireless connection or even through a lan cable like they do now would be enough for sync without the need for the laptop?

Anywhoo exciting times, will be able to play on it next week i'm told!

:D

First look at the Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus with full Traktor advanced HID integration

i'm not really amazed by it. seems all they have done is added traktor stuff. providing this info is correct

Nah that's a fake one bro i seen a real pic from a mate, i'll check out the leaked ones at update them in the op if they are real.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW this is going to cause a shit storm.
- BEATSYNC Feature (as seen on Pioneer XDJ-Aero)

I thought that at first, but djs will have to use rekordbox via wifi and will need a laptop which hardly any club djs will use.

I'd say the sync will prob work on LAN too

As long as you use rekordbox to play the music, i would say it will.

Can do just about everything with 900's / 1000 / 2000 etc etc etc as long as you use in conjunction with Traktor maybe?

Yes but without the extra equipment, for clubs djs especially having sync and other features available all in the one unit is a big plus.

Very interested to see just how well the sync works, no other program's sync is fool proof as of yet.
