I'd go Empia style... Maybe Disco/Deep House. Nothing that is going to blast them away. Music that is sonically diverse, has some vocals occasionally at least. I wouldn't go with Streetcleaner... As awesome as it is it doesn't really fit in with a corporate function, nor is that the style that they are already associating you with. You are there as a "undiscovered" electro artist/DJ. If they wanted pub tunes they would've hired "Joh Average Mobile DJ Services". If they wanted bangers, they would have approached Streetcleaner.... But they didn't. They heard Empia and liked that style. It is still a corporate function. Drinks, canapes and networking are the primary purpose of the event. Can always ramp up the atmosphere if that is where it takes you.

I got about 70 in by basket right now. My issue is I like many genres so I have some electro, progressive, trance, DnB, glitch, hard dance, tech house and nu disco. So when it comes around to actually paying I have to go through and cull some to what I can afford at the time (move to hold bin for later). My hold bin has almost 100 songs I haven't gotten around to purchasing yet. Plus I am in general a music hoarder so I just like collecting songs even though I don't really have an immediate plan to use them. And I much prefer to actually buy them, than stealing them.

But he already has them. They will do the job just fine. Especially for now.

I've got a Logitech G5 that has been the best mouse I've had. Not quite as over the top as some. If I had to get a new mouse I would probably get the G500 which looks to be a further progression of the series. For me the selectable scroll wheel functions are the seller. I've never used a mac but I am starting to wonder if I would be better off with one. I really only use my desktop for Photography and music (Traktor) but would love to have a tinker with production. I used to do quite a bit back in high school, with very old tech. All these things are supposedly better with a mac.

Dude you're a local, you have no excuse for being surprised at how shit our Harvey Norman is There are 3 different businesses in there (different franchisees). The furniture side is over priced. The computer section is pathetic and service is horrible. But the electronics area is one of the best businesses I've every been to. Awesome prices and service... I forget that are not all the same in there.

Go to Harvey Norman to pick up a Pro2. They got no idea what I'm talking about. Never heard of it.
