SolDios Posted June 24, 2012 Share Posted June 24, 2012 Gig friday night, 16thKinda small-ish, bout 25 - 35 people there, still gave it 100% as I should!Anyways, rocked up 5:30, setup by 7, had to play laidback stuff till 10, then played commercial stuff till 12.Got $240 for the night, I could easily afford to get that sub if I wanted now. But il wait and see what happens once I turn 18 before I do something like that, and just keep using my 15" pa's as logical sub's.Had some real huge problems with traktor early night, I think it MIGHT have been cause I didn't restart my lappy (as in it was on sleep)Every 5 mins, the audio would start crackling, so id increase the latency, then it would do it again 5 mins later. It got to a point where I couldn't increase it anymore, so I changed the sample rate and started again at low latency. Was fine then 5 mins later it start again. Got to a point where it couldn't go any worse, so I pluged my phone into my mixer and played a track while I restarted my lappy, set latency/sample rate back to normal, mixed into another track, and all was fine.NOTE TO SELF, ALWAYS DO A RESTART BEFORE GIG.Good night though!
